Les dynamiques financi\u00e8res autour du spatial devront alors changer \u00e0 l\u2019aube de la d\u00e9cennie 2040, avec un logique redoux des investissements, mais resteront en alerte face \u00e0 tout risque d\u2019atteinte \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9, avec plusieurs grands chantiers \u00e0 aborder.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Momentum<\/em> et tensions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019invasion de l\u2019Ukraine, la multiplication des perturbations affectant les services satellitaires et les incertitudes entourant la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019engagement am\u00e9ricain ont replac\u00e9 le spatial au c\u0153ur des politiques europ\u00e9ennes de d\u00e9fense. Cette \u00e9volution d\u00e9passe la seule augmentation des budgets : elle traduit une r\u00e9appropriation du spatial par les gouvernements, d\u00e9sormais soucieux de garantir leur acc\u00e8s aux communications, au renseignement et aux services de positionnement dans un environnement contest\u00e9.
