Jetzt benutzen alle diesen Ausdruck. Es ist daher an der Zeit, die &#8222;globale systemische Krise 2008-2020<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>&#8220; zu archivieren. Der &#8222;Historiker der Zukunft&#8220; wird auch und insbesondere diesen zw\u00f6lfj\u00e4hrigen Zeitraum beschreiben. Nun, da ein Kapitel der Geschichte zu Ende geht, was wird man dazu 2040 in den Geschichtsb\u00fcchern finden?<\/p>\n<p>Die Krise 2008-2020 ist die einer gigantischen geopolitischen Neuordnung, verbunden mit dem Aufkommen mehrerer neuer wirtschaftlicher Giga-Akteure innerhalb kurzer Zeit.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinigten Staaten wurden am Ausgang des Zweiten Weltkriegs im Kontext eines zerst\u00f6rten Europas, einer &#8222;ge\u00e4chteten&#8220; kommunistischen Welt und einer nicht industrialisierten Dritten Welt zum einzigen wichtigen geopolitischen Akteur, doch die \u00dcbergangszeit konnte nicht lange dauern.<\/p>\n<p>Ende der sechziger Jahre<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> eroberte sich Europa seinen Platz als Wirtschaftsmacht zur\u00fcck und weitere zwanzig Jahre lang dominierte die von Washington gef\u00fchrte transatlantische Achse die Weltwirtschaft auf der Grundlage des Triptychons Washington-Dollar-\u00d6l.<\/p>\n<p>Der n\u00e4chste Schock, der immer noch mehr oder weniger beherrschbar war, war das Aufkommen der asiatischen Drachen, deren wirtschaftliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe 1997 die Geld- und Finanzm\u00e4rkte erneut in Unordnung brachte<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. Aber diese Neuank\u00f6mmlinge sind immer noch relativ gut verdaulich durch ein &#8222;westliches&#8220; System: Eher pro-westlich und kleinw\u00fcchsig, lassen sie sich nicht allzu unwillig in ein <em>vorgefertigten<\/em> System absorbieren: dieses ist immer noch Washington-Dollar-\u00d6l.\u00a0\t\t<div class=\"oct_article_subscribe \">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"oct_article_content_suscribe\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"oct_article_content_suscribe__button \">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"oct_btn oct_btn_orange_inverse\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/geab.eu\/abonnement\/\">Gutes lesen.
