Part of this dark spot was coming from the fact that Joe Biden had not even taken office on January 15 and it was yet difficult to grasp the reality of his good intentions. On that specific point, things have began to lighten up. But the change of administration is not the only factor of uncertainty coming from the US. On economic, political and geopolitical levels, the world will see great surprises that we try to pinpoint in this article.
