As we noted last year, the health crisis has accelerated all the systemic transformation projects that had been languishing hopelessly in the back of drawers of our governments and companies paralysed by routine. The GEAB’s job is to study trends, prospects for change and strategies that decision-makers are putting in place to prepare for them, so no surprise that we managed to achieve such a high score this year: 2020 revealed the trends and 2021 helped the implementation of strategies in a clear context.<\/p>\n
If some of our anticipations were at odds with what was in the media in January 2021, the inflationary outlook, the non-recovery of certain sectors of the economy, the risk of new Covid waves, the geopolitical risks arising from the movement of geopolitical tectonic squares, the neo-populist danger,… were in fact certainly anticipated by decision-makers in the public and private sectors, who suddenly had both more time and more money in which to ratify their strategies.\u00a0\t\t
