The terrible geopolitical and strategic circumstances resulting from the war in Ukraine are completing the rupture between two blocs: the West (gathered around the United States) on the one hand, and the Sino-Russian (gathered around the Eurasian Union <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3LeJHtT\">EAEU<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> and the BRICS in particular) on the other.
