Myanmar is exposed to a high seismic risk<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. The same applies to Turkey, which lies on the Anatolian plate, compressed between the Eurasian and Arabian plates<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, the increase in the number of &#8220;induced earthquakes&#8221; has been confirmed: for several decades now, earthquakes have been officially associated with human activity.
