Nevertheless, we wish to draw our readers&#8217; attention to the fact that the whole planet is currently in a general and simultaneous repositioning phase.<\/p>\n<p>The United States gives the final blow to an international system (WTO, UN, Unesco, etc.) which it no longer controls<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. Military expenditures are exploding all around<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> in a race for technological primacy (multipolar arms race). Governments are swinging one by one towards a hard right-wing, which soon will no longer be called the far-right (Austria, Italy, Spain, USA, Russia, India, Turkey, Israel, Brazil, etc.). The parties belonging to the institutional left have been blown out of the water, whilst the radical movements of the left-wing (called &#8220;the populists&#8221;, see 5-star movement) fill in large rooms to the distress of Europe\u2019s big interests. The international monetary system is preparing to face a huge shock with the completion of the internationalisation of the Yuan<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> and the advent of a multi-currency system calling into question the very foundation of the dollar-system<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.
