This new partnership will be part of a struggle against Chinese trade surpluses and India’s determination to become a world power. The United States has become weak because they borrow too much from overseas, because they import too much from abroad, in particular goods that they can no longer produce themselves, and because they over-use their military power for the benefit of the other countries.
