Businesses – Don’t expect a normal recovery in September!<\/strong><\/p>\n

A growing proportion of economic and service players are aware of this, but it is worth hammering home the fact that we must anticipate that activity will not be able to resume in ex ante<\/em> conditions in September. Therefore, everyone needs to take advantage of this hiatus to create the conditions for resuming activity in a constraining context that incorporates the new rules of social distancing and other anti-contagion precautions.<\/p>\n

Of course, this means endorsing home-based work. The experiments currently being carried out should be evaluated and optimised, the right tools identified and installed, training activities organised to improve the efficiency of your employees and a reflection on the advantages of such a paradigm shift carried out. Working from home should not be simply endured by either the employee or the employer, but seen as an opportunity to rethink the whole way of working in order to take a positive step in terms of the well-being, collaboration and efficiency of the company’s workforce.\t\t
