La propia historia del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU demuestra el mal funcionamiento de un sistema que avala la intervenci\u00f3n militar y, por tanto, las guerras en nombre de la paz (mandatos a fuerzas de intervenci\u00f3n externas, como en Afganist\u00e1n<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>, Yugoslavia<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>,&#8230;) y que fue incapaz de impedir la guerra de Irak<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a> o la de Ucrania.<\/p>\n<p>Sin una reforma dr\u00e1stica de sus objetivos, su funcionamiento, sus representaciones&#8230; la propia supervivencia de la ONU est\u00e1 en juego.
