Es en este limbo (ni universal, ni plenamente p\u00fablico) donde se inscribe el caso m\u00e1s logrado de diplomacia de club de tipo <em>pay-to-play<\/em>. No se trata de una organizaci\u00f3n internacional cl\u00e1sica, sino m\u00e1s bien de un Consejo de Seguridad privatizado. Concebido inicialmente para la reconstrucci\u00f3n posconflicto de Gaza<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>, este dispositivo se inspira en el funcionamiento de un consejo de administraci\u00f3n con l\u00f3gica de accionariado, retorno de la inversi\u00f3n y gobernanza altamente concentrada.<\/p>\n<p>El poder se concentra en un \u201cConsejo Ejecutivo\u201d o<em> Executive Board <\/em>presidido por el propio Trump, quien conserva el derecho de veto y la facultad de invitar o excluir a los participantes. A su alrededor gravitan varios colaboradores cercanos, procedentes del mundo de los negocios y la diplomacia, entre los que se encuentran Jared Kushner, Steve Witkoff, Marc Rowan, Marco Rubio y Tony Blair. El acceso a un puesto permanente en este consejo VIP, con un logotipo dorado centrado en Estados Unidos, est\u00e1 condicionado al pago de mil millones de d\u00f3lares, en efectivo<strong>, <\/strong>a un fondo bajo control estadounidense.
