Tanto es as\u00ed que, de cara a 2040, el panorama del sector espacial europeo habr\u00e1 cambiado profundamente, centr\u00e1ndose en las necesidades estrat\u00e9gicas y de defensa, lo que supondr\u00e1 una recuperaci\u00f3n del control de las competencias soberanas por parte de los Estados. Las din\u00e1micas financieras en torno al sector espacial deber\u00e1n cambiar entonces, al inicio de la d\u00e9cada de 2040, con una l\u00f3gica moderaci\u00f3n de las inversiones, pero permanecer\u00e1n en alerta ante cualquier riesgo de vulneraci\u00f3n de la soberan\u00eda, con varios grandes proyectos por abordar.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Momentum <\/em>y tensiones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La invasi\u00f3n de Ucrania, la multiplicaci\u00f3n de las perturbaciones que afectan a los servicios satelitales y las incertidumbres en torno a la continuidad del compromiso estadounidense han vuelto a situar el sector espacial en el centro de las pol\u00edticas de defensa europeas. Esta evoluci\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del mero aumento de los presupuestos: refleja una reapropiaci\u00f3n del sector espacial por parte de los gobiernos, ahora preocupados por garantizar su acceso a las comunicaciones, la inteligencia y los servicios de posicionamiento en un entorno conflictivo.
