Los gastos militares se disparan en todas partes<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> en una carrera hacia la supremac\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica (carrera armament\u00edstica multipolar). Los Gobiernos se inclinan hacia dura derechizaci\u00f3n que pronto ni siquiera se llamar\u00e1 extrema derecha (Austria, Italia, Espa\u00f1a, EE. UU., Rusia, India, Turqu\u00eda, Israel, Brasil\u2026). Mientras los partidos de la izquierda institucional est\u00e1n con el agua al cuello, los movimientos izquierdistas radicales (llamados \u201cpopulistas\u201d o 5 estrellas) se multiplican para disgusto de los grandes intereses establecidos. El sistema monetario internacional se prepara para sufrir un enorme impacto al completarse la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de la moneda china<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> y llegar un sistema multimonetario que cuestione los propios fundamentos del sistema basado en el d\u00f3lar<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.
