L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait qu\u2019en faisant montre de bonne volont\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9formes de mise en compatibilit\u00e9 avec l\u2019UE, la France et ses id\u00e9es europ\u00e9ennes seraient de nouveau accept\u00e9es. Deux ans plus tard, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9chec retentissant\u00a0: non seulement l\u2019UE a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 snober toutes les propositions fran\u00e7aises (notamment en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9forme de l\u2019euro), mais les r\u00e9formes domestiques ont fait descendre les Fran\u00e7ais dans la rue<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, Emmanuel Macron joue une derni\u00e8re carte, tentant de r\u00e9it\u00e9rer au niveau europ\u00e9en son coup politique national de 2017 et de lancer une dynamique politique transeurop\u00e9enne<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. Tout en soutenant cette d\u00e9marche<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>, notre \u00e9quipe ne peut anticiper autre chose qu\u2019un nouvel \u00e9chec\u00a0: ceci arrive trop tard et, surtout, le point de d\u00e9part, non seulement national mais fran\u00e7ais, de la d\u00e9marche est en soi une raison suffisante pour son rejet par les Europ\u00e9ens\u2026 et par les Fran\u00e7ais d\u2019ailleurs\u00a0: discours trop europ\u00e9en pour les Fran\u00e7ais, d\u00e9marche trop fran\u00e7aise pour les Europ\u00e9ens.
