Esta tendencia, identificada desde hace mucho tiempo por el GEAB y validada repetidamente, obviamente no se refiere s\u00f3lo a la din\u00e1mica de los gobiernos. Tambi\u00e9n tiene consecuencias directas para las empresas. Y en particular esta: \u00a1no renuncies a tus bases! Ciertamente, una empresa necesita crecer. Es cierto que la deslocalizaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n y\/o la explotaci\u00f3n de los mercados emergentes prometen beneficios a corto plazo. Pero cuidado, estos mercados emergentes se est\u00e1n llenando de competencia local que se est\u00e1 fortaleciendo y que ahora cuenta con el apoyo de gobiernos m\u00e1s nacionalistas que antes. Estos mercados son acogedores para las empresas extranjeras que les aportan empleo y conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos, pero no tardan en duplicarlos y mejorarlos. Peor a\u00fan, esta competencia emergente dejar\u00e1 su huella y se establecer\u00e1 en Occidente, y el d\u00eda en que las empresas occidentales tengan que volver a casa, el lugar ya estar\u00e1 ocupado. A medida que se produce una globalizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sedentaria, es hora de que todo el mundo -incluidas las empresas- se asegure, actualice sus planes estrat\u00e9gicos de repliegue y estudie las condiciones de supervivencia en un contexto de mayor competencia y de ralentizaci\u00f3n de las din\u00e1micas de crecimiento cuantitativo.
