Al final del a\u00f1o, los d\u00f3lares siguieron inundando las casas y el est\u00edmulo indirecto a trav\u00e9s de los mercados de recompra (repo) llev\u00f3 a los \u00edndices burs\u00e1tiles, incluido el Dow Jones, a sus m\u00e1ximos hist\u00f3ricos en diciembre (v\u00e9ase el gr\u00e1fico 1) y hasta febrero<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. El mercado bajista del oto\u00f1o de 2018 fue olvidado hace mucho tiempo ya que el S&amp;P500 tuvo un rendimiento anual del 29% de a\u00f1o en a\u00f1o y los bonos se mantuvieron fuertes tambi\u00e9n \u2013 pero, por lo tanto, con bajos rendimientos.
