Por lo tanto, todos deben aprovechar estas semanas de pausa para inventar las condiciones de su recuperaci\u00f3n en un contexto restrictivo que integre las nuevas reglas de distanciamiento social y otras precauciones anti-contagios.<\/p>\n<p>Esto, por supuesto, significa respaldar el trabajo desde casa. Hay que evaluar y optimizar las experiencias que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo actualmente, identificar e instalar las herramientas adecuadas, organizar acciones de formaci\u00f3n para mejorar la eficacia de sus empleados, llevar a cabo una reflexi\u00f3n sobre los beneficios del cambio de paradigma.
