Il modello economico prevalso finora, basato in gran parte sulle nuove costruzioni, non sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 sostenibile mentre un altro modello, che risponde ad un approccio pi\u00f9 pragmatico di gestione e rinnovamento di quello esistente, non \u00e8 ancora pronto a subentrare.<\/p>\n<p>Parte integrante della transizione sistemica globale, il settore della costruzione, e per estensione dell&#8217;immobiliare, rappresenta una parte significativa del PIL mondiale (12% solo per la costruzione<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>). \u00c8 un condensato delle sfide ambientali, finanziarie, sociali, demografiche e, naturalmente, politiche.
