Introduction: GEAB is produced intellectually by LEAP and commercially distributed by Anticipolis. GEAB is a registered trademark. Any order placed through the GEAB.eu website assumes the prior reading and acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The placing of an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale of LEAP and Anticipolis by the client (hereinafter the “subscriber”) which are the only conditions applicable to any concluded contract. LEAP and Anticipolis cannot, in any circumstances, be held liable for the subscriber’s use of the Global Europe Anticipation Bulletin’s (GEAB) published contents. The subscriber accepts and agrees that he has been informed that his agreement to the present conditions of sale does not require a written signature on this document if he wishes to order products offered by LEAP and Anticipolis.
Article 1 – Purpose: The present general conditions of sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties for the online sale of products offered by LEAP and Anticipolis. LEAP and Anticipolis reserve the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
Article 2 – Products downloading and installing: it is the subscriber’s personal responsibility to put computer hardware and software, and telecommunications in place giving access to GEAB.eu internet site. The subscriber is responsible for paying all telecommunication and internet costs and charges for accessing and using the site.
Article 3 – Products: The LEAP online service allows the subscriber to order downloadable digital products from the website. Pursuant to Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code LEAP displays the products intended for online sale on this website in order that the subscriber may know the basic characteristics of the products being ordered.
Article 4 – Price: Prices are quoted in Euros. LEAP and Anticipolis reserve the right to change product prices at any time but promise to apply the prices current at the time of the order. All orders for products are payable in Euros.
Article 5 – Payment method: Payment is due when the order is placed. Payment can be made either by credit or debit card ( Paypal or Stripe). Any other payment method must be approved in advance by Anticipolis. These Terms apply regardless of the payment method used.
Article 6 – Delivery: Digital products should be downloaded immediately and saved on the subscriber’s computer. The subscriber will be supplied with an invoice upon request.
Article 7 – Cancellation: The right to cancel does not apply in the case of downloadable digital products from the website.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property: The text, illustrations and images appearing on the GEAB.eu website, as well as those downloaded with digital products are the exclusive property of LEAP and protected by copyright. In accordance with the Intellectual Property Code, only strictly private use is allowed (that is to say limited to the family), as well as reproduction for personal use only. Absent prior written authorisation from LEAP or Anticipolis, any other use constitutes an infringement sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code and will result in the immediate cancellation of the subscription and access to the GEAB.eu. The title and format of the website, as well as its contents are protected by trademark law. GEAB is a registered trademark.
Article 10 – Applicable law: These general conditions of sale are governed by the French law.
The language of this contract is French translated to English. If any of the provisions in the general conditions of sale are declared null and void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining conditions shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.
