Reader’s view on the future: “Humans will lose some of what they’ve had in order to move on to something else”

We are inaugurating with Marie Poisson this new section “Reader’s view on the Future“. Marie’s life is an atypical journey, as she lives on her boat in Thailand. She used to be an antique dealer in Paris and, at the same time, she had set up a computer maintenance company. She changed her life to set sail on the seas of South-East Asia. She has now been living off her Swing Trading business for several years and is very enthusiastic about the idea of taking part in the construction of a collective intelligence of the future, because “the more minds will unite, the better off we’ll be”. Between Asia and Europe, here are her anticipations anchored in her present:

In our relationship with material things today, I no longer see any connection to our past, especially if I had to compare what I am now with the person I was during my time as an antique dealer.
