The arrival of ChatGPT has led to a sudden awareness of the profound transformation of our societies as a result of technology, and AI in particular. Thus, ChatGPT has helped to accelerate and partly redirect a transition effort that had been somewhat humming along; it is also helping us to better understand what the future will be made of.
For corporations, it is a question of survival to find the means to catch the innovation train in time. As a result, observing and anticipating the evolution of corporate organisations puts us at the forefront of societal transformations in general.
